If you are having problems, please check the forums before submitting a query to see if we already know about it. We track new issues in the forum posts there, plus you can add information of your own. We encourage you try to help yourself; this is a free service, and while we try to provide as much help as we can, we provide Helpdesk because you might not have solved your problem in the forums. Also check you've rebooted recently and that your firewall and/or anti-virus or anything else you've changed recently aren't blocking us.
How do I report a problem?
Please state how you triggered the issue, what operating system, internet browser and plugins you are using. We are not psychic (yet). Please take your time to give any extra information available, every detail helps even if it feels irrelevant, please include it. Pictures are always welcome when trying to illustrate an issue. Using email from Microsoft and AOL
This is a well-known issue by now and it looks as if we are unable to send emails to microsoft and aol-addresses. You will not get a password-recovery mail, and you will not be able to receive invitations. It is recommended that you instead use a mail provided by gmail.
