Username Change
We do not change usernames.
Using email from Microsoft and AOL
This is a well-known issue by now and it looks as if we are unable to send emails to microsoft and aol addresses. You will not get a password-recovery email, and you will not be able to receive invitations. It is recommended instead that you use Gmail or another provider.
Changing Avatar
We do not allow uploading of pics for avatars to the site's servers, so you will have to link it from an image hosting service. (recommended image hosting providers are listed bellow)

After this is done, you copy the URL you receive and paste it in the avatar field in your profile. Please do not make a post just to test your avatar. If everything is ok you'll see it in your details page.
